upwards, at a public place, from the open second floor window of814 Douglas St., Alton, Madison County. Illinois,
knowingly exposed his penis, a sex organ, in a lewd manner with the intent to arouse his sexual desires, in violation
of720 ILCS 5/11-9(a)(2), and against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Illinois.

Count I1- Public Indecency (Class A Misdemeanor) - in that said defendant, a person of the age of 17 years and
upwards, at a public place, from the open second floor window of814 Douglas St., Alton, Madison County, Illinois,
knowingly committed an act of sexual conduct in that he exposed his penis and performed masturbation, in
violation of 720 ILCS 5/11-9(aXI), and against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Illinois.
