RN = 1.75[(E)^0.5][log10(N)] - 100

RN in kips
E in ft-lbs
N is number of blows for 1 inch drive
For allowable, suggested to use at least FS=2.5
and 3 in ground not well known.
Suggest that you follow the English units, then convert to
SI.

purists as the N value is. Most do not
suggest its use believing that CAPWAP
is better and it appears to be so, but . . .
When driving piles, it is sure a good way to
confirm, quickly, that things are as they
should be.
