Sub: Continuation of Quarter F 25A on my name (previously allotted to my father )
Respected sir,
With due respect , I would like to apprise you that I have been working in the organisation since
2007 in operation department (Emp code 750068) as a Deputy Engineer.As per company norms I
am eligible for F type quarters as per my designation.
I would like to request you to allow me to continue F 25 A (ground floor) on my name (previously
allotted to my father) on medical grounds .My father is suffering from severe cardiac problems
and underwent a cardiac surgery earlier. He has been finding difficulty in climbing stairs since
then. My father has given his service to the organisation since 1977 and has retired on 31st July
2015.I have been residing in the aforesaid house along with my family as the same quarter was
allotted to my father.
Please,considering the above as a special case keeping in view my father serious health issues,
Kindly allow me to continue and transfer the same on my name .
Hope you will kindly consider my case sympathetically in view of my father health issues and
long association of his services to the company.
