June 20, 2015 SLT ORIENTATION

ORIENTATION:

Presidents must be prepared to present their initial plan for SY 2015 2016. They must
then ask their predecessor for the three year plan they made at the last SLT.
Gifts for the sister will be given as a group and Khams will be in charge of it.
Departure time for Tuesday will be at 4:30am while assembly time will be at 4:00am.
Things to bring were discussed and everyones encouraged to pack light and to not
wear/bring shorts and spaghetti strapped tank tops.

July 17 Deadline of Accreditation Papers with pictures of EB (either in uniform or

corporate attire) and logo and what it means
Fix org office get organizations to submit a list of furniture and fixtures needed to be
fixed or replaced to AJ or to the Student Council
Double check of who is in-charge of the maintenance and cleanliness of the TS office
August 15 Departure of Carly and Kelsey, before they left, they will rotate around the
different organizations to participate especially to the Society of Musicians and College
Choir as Kelsey is majoring in vocal performance. They will have to participate in a
cultural performance before their departure.
July 29 Deadline of AVPs for the frosh orientation. AVPs must present action pictures
rather than group pictures or selfies. Has to be 3 5 min. long. Those who will fail to
pass their videos will not be able to present their AVPs during the frosh orientation.
