About Workshop
The network today is a platform on top of which the communication industry operates. The deployment of ICT services is a challenging
task. Many ICT stakeholders lack adequate understanding and skills on how to design, implement and troubleshoot computer network.
The Organization needs to have skilled network engineers to ensure continued availability of Organization resources. This course will
provide practical knowledge necessary for designing, implementing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting corporate networks
This course shall cover;- Basic Router Configuration, Backing up and Restoring Cisco Router Configuration, IP address & Subnetting, IP
Routing Protocols, Basic Switching Configuration (VLAN, VTP, Inter VLAN Routing & Spanning Tree), Managing Traffic (Access List, NAT
& PAT), and PPP Authentication (Using PAP and CHAP).
Learning Outcome of the Course
At the end of the Course the participants would be confident in resolving various issues related to corporate networks, Provide LAN and
WAN routing solution, Plan and execute regular network maintenances and Monitor the performance of network and its application.

This training is relevant to all ICT practitioners. Specifically the training will be useful to Network Administrators, System Analysts, Network
Programmers, System and Network Engineers.
