FEDERATION

IRRIGATORS
ASSOCIATION (SKUPFIA) INC. AS NON-GOVERNMENT
ORGANIZATION (NGO) OF THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN
KUDARAT
WHEREAS, presented for consideration in accordance with Article 64 (b) of the Rules
and Regulation Implementing the Local Government Code of 1991 is the accreditation of Sultan
Kudarat Provincial Federation of Irrigators Association (SKUPFIA), Inc. as Non-Government
Organization of the province of Sultan Kudarat;
WHEREAS, after careful perusal of the documents submitted, the August body has
determined that the association met all the criteria set by the aforementioned code and thus
eligible for accreditation;
WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Nonie L. Latog, duly seconded by Hon. Generoso C.
Pagatpatan, it was

(NGO) in the province of Sultan Kudarat the Sultan Kudarat Provincial Federation of Irrigators
Association (SKUPFIA), Inc.;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to agencies concerned for
their information.
