Dear Atty. Gimenez:
I am Myra Jean C. Aceituna, a third year student under the Juris Doctor program of the
Polytechnic University of the Philippines-College of Law. As part of our first semester of
Academic Year 2015-2016, we are required to complete our Apprenticeship course by
rendering one hundred twenty hours (120) of practicum.
One component of this Apprenticeship course is the mandatory fifty (50) hours of
service with the Office the Legal Aid of the College. In this light, I respectfully wish for
your consideration in allowing me to be a part of the OLA, to enable to me to complete
the required hours for my Apprenticeship.
Through your favorable consideration, I will be able to integrate and appreciate the law
subjects that I have taken thus far through your office. I hope that we can have a fruitful
partnership as I render my service to the OLA, with the end goal of furthering my study
of law as I endeavor to enter the legal practice in the future.
