MECHANICS
1. The instructor will provide a picture and hide it from the group.
2. The participants should then be divided into 3 teams.
3. Each team should be given enough materials so that they can
duplicate the drawing/poster of the instructor has created (specific
size and color included).
4. The instructor should then place their poster in an area that is an
equal distance from all the groups.
5. Each group should choose 2 artists. The artists are not allowed to
look at the drawing.
6. The rest of the members are the planners. One member from each
team can come up to look at the drawing for a limited time as
instructed by the facilitator and try to memorize it before
returning to their team.

7. No paper, pen or camera are allowed to be brought in viewing the

the poster.
8. After they return to their teams, they instruct their teams about
how to draw the exact replica of the instructors poster.

DISCUSSIONS
Communication and memory are key in the workplace
Anyone can have a team, but you cant have a great team without
communication. Effective communication is the foundation to keep
any relationship (personal or professional) succeeding and
thriving. Communication is the foundation of any great company.
To truly succeed, you have to know how to voice your thoughts and
opinions but also understand how to listen and receive
information.
This game will help your team address distractions as well as deal
with attention span it will also teach participants how to
strategize, communicate effectively and problem solve in a group
