OPERATING THE M-PESA BUSINESS:

Well, the business deals with money deposits, transfering and clients registrations. The clients
can be all Safaricom mobile phone subscribers operating accounts with Safaricom. We shall be
also selling airtime, simcards as well to both local and foreign clients and when it grows we shall
be involving ourselves with selling mobile phones accessories and cell phones as well.
But our biggest basic involvement will be the transactions of cash withdrawal, transfer, deposit
and registration or account opening. Here lies our earning since each cash transaction has a
minimum earning of Ksh 15.00.
Our Monthly Target Income is to have a minimum of Ksh 40,000.00 which means we need to
make 2,667 Transactions and on daily basis this comes to Appx. 90 Transactions!
We have accessed the market and really found out that it can be possible and realized with
advertisement aggressively done since no one has such a business around us.

Thank you
