Pantoprazole inhibits gastric acid
prodction & secretion by inhibiting proton pump in parietal cells. Evaluate by subjective assessment of pt's experiencing episodes of gastric reflux. diarrhea, flatulence, abdominal pain, headache, insomnia, rash.

Do not crush or chew; however, granules
