Proposed Agenda for Alumni Meet on 2nd April 2010

4:30 – 5:00 pm: Welcome and Registration

Registration counter will be open at 11:00 am. Kindly get yourself registered. We need the necessary
information to keep an updated database and to print an Alumni Directory.

5:00 – 6:00 pm: Campus Tour

All the Alumni Participants will be divided into groups and student representatives will escort them for a
campus tour. Groups will be decided on the spot.

6:00 – 6:30 pm: Tea Break

6:30 – 7:00 pm: Stage Programs

7:00 – 8:30 pm: Alumni Participation Activities

Formation of the EXECUTIVE MEMBERS

Electing The President of the Association - 1

Electing The Vice President of the Association - 1

Electing of The Alumni Secretary - 1 (To be selected amongst Alumni as faculty in the institute)
Electing of The Alumni Advisor - 1 (To be selected amongst Alumni as faculty in the institute)
Electing of The Alumni Treasurer - 1 (To be selected amongst Alumni as faculty in the institute)
Electing The Alumni Departmental Mentors - 4 (One for each department)

8:30 pm onwards: Dinner
