Do you know how much sleep the average teenager
requires according to the very latest research?
Research shows they require a minimum of
9.25 hours and that one of the biggest
problems is that we have teenagers being
the most sleep deprived segment of the
population.

Parents need to take the whole issue of


sleep as one of the most important issues,
when it comes to setting boundaries we
need to fight over things that matter and
that's generally stuff that relates to their
wellbeing.
