Membershipshallbeopentoanyoneinanyofthegrades9th
through12th,andwillingtojoin,butwithaGPAof3.5orhigher.

TheofficersshallbeaVicePresident,Secretary,andTreasurer.

yearbythemembership.
SectionB:Duties
Theresponsibilitiesofthefacultyadvisorshallbeto:

Maintainanawarenessoftheactivitiesandprogramssponsoredbythe

studentclub.

Meetonaregularbasiswiththeleaderofthestudentclubtodiscuss

upcomingmeetings,longrangeplans,goals,andproblemsoftheclub.

Attendregularmeetings,executiveboardmeetingsasoftenasschedule

allows.

Assistintheorientationofnewofficers.

Explainandclarifycampuspolicyandproceduresthatapplytotheclub.

Providedirectionintheareaofparliamentaryprocedure,meeting

facilitation,groupbuilding,goalsetting,andprogramplanning.

Assisttheclubtreasurerinmonitoringexpenditures,fundraising

activities,andcorporatesponsorshiptomaintainanaccurateanduptodate
accountledger.

Informclubmembersofthosefactorsthatconstituteunacceptable

behavioronthepartoftheclubmembers,andthepossibleconsequenceof
saidbehaviors.

Aprogramcommitteecomposedofthe
VicePresidentaschairpersonandfourothermembersshallbeappointedbythe
President,whosedutyshallbetoplantheoverallprogramoftheclub.

VicePresidentaschairpersonandfourothermembersshallbeappointedbythe
President,whosedutyshallbeplanandpromotetheclub.
SectionC:MembershipCommittee

Aprogramcommitteecomposedofthe

President,whosedutyshallbetoplanandrecruitnewmembers,andtomakesure
currentmembersmembershipremainsvalid.
