1. to learn about the present condition of knowledge management of DU
2. To find out if the knowledge management of DU is reaching the global level or
not.
3. To find out if there are any barriers toward internalizing the knowledge
management
4. To find out if we have any drawback regarding this issue
5. Provide recommendations.
