Angela is organised and shows initiative. She plans her lessons well and reflects after each lesson. Angela is
continually improving and listens and follows through on the advice I give her. She has been using the essential
skills and her behaviour management skills are improving as she gains confidence.
Angela has created positive relationships with the students and other staff members. She has created writing
goals for the students from checklists and interviewing the students.
Angela has assessed and marked English, Maths and Science.
Angela has planned for the teacher aides for reading groups and maths. She uses the C2C as a guide and makes
adjustmentsto meetthe needs of the class. Angela has differentiated forthe ability levels in the class.
For the last two weeks of her practicum she has taught full time and from this she has gained a lot of
experience and skills that you need to manage a class.
