To the person in charge of NYC Airporter:

I hope to perform well in this job and bring good service to the passenger. I
dont want to trouble anyone. However, I had encounter troubles few times in the
past and today because of Kevin. The dispatcher, Kevin made changes to my
schedule few time before but I havent mentioned about that. Then today I asked
Kevin why made change to my schedule. He said that he made change to my
schedule based on his mood today. I have been arrived working site-LaGuardia D
terminal earlier than punctual at 12:25 pm today. However, Kevin lied to Nick that I
am late. I had a lot of time witness including the morning shrift drivers, ticket agent,
bus camera and companys walkie-talkie. He cant convince anyone with his story if
he plans to lie every time even on little things. He took my schedule to his friend in
order to take care of him. Is that it is his power to not offering work to driver? I dont
find any problem with any other dispatcher.
