What are you going to accomplish? Be specific.

We want to work a lot on our choreography and really get that down. We have
choreographed part of it, but its not very clean and sharp.

How will you know you are ready to perform?

We are ready to perform when we know our choreography, but no too well so that
the adrenalin will still be there. Also, when we have the song lyrics memorized, and
when we can not only
just
do our dance, but when we are able to perform it we will
be ready.

What are the challenges you will face in meeting your goal?
We would occasionally not be in Music class for over a period of several days and
forget a line or two from not practicing in a few days. We would then need to
reteach the choreography and sing through the lyrics again.

What skills, concepts, and vocabulary will you apply in working towards
your performance?
In our performance, we learned choreography and memorization of lyrics. We
choreographed our own dance to a song that we memorized. We didnt just copy the
dance, we made up our own.

What elements of this experience are transferrable to the real world?

In the real world some elements that are also big parts of a show are, not to
mumble so that our audience and person that you are talking to can hear you, dont
fidget because that can sometimes be considered rude to the person you are talking
too and it is a bad habit to get into on stage.

What is your timeline to become performance-ready?

We have the lyrics memorized, but we want to quickly clean them up and make sure
that everyone knows their parts. We also need to finish choreographing our dance
and clean it up.

After your performance:

The standard descriptions are at the left. For each
standard, self-assess YOUR individual progress and achievements (4, 3, 2, 1), and give
an explanation for each score.
