LECTUREFORMAT:
Classroom activity will consist of lectures, class discussion and inclass exercises based on the
assignedcases,practicalassignmentsandquizzes.Lectureswillreferto,butnotreview,allmaterialin
thetextbook.Studentswillbeexpectedtocometoclasshavingreadallassignedreadings(Chapters,
Casesetc)andbereadytoshareanddiscuss.Discussionswillfocusontheapplicationofconcepts
ratherthanmerereviewing.
CONSULTATION:
Studentsareencouragedtoconsult/discusswiththecourseinstructorissuespertainingtotheassigned
readings,cases,practicalassignmentsoranyproblemrelatedtothecourse.Courseinstructorwillbe
availablefordiscussionsbeforethestartandattheendofeverylecturefor10minutes;howeverthe
durationcanbeincreasedonstudentspriorrequest.
