resource!tool!to!write!down!notes!on!the!students!within!the!different!groups,!
while!taking!notes!on!the!lesson,!learning!intentions!and!progress!towards!

The!resource!could!be!printed!on!A3!paper!to!provide!plenty!of!room!for!notes.!
The!lesson!for!which!this!tool!is!used!is!through!the!explore!phase!and!notes!will!
be!regarding!the!students!collaboration!with!others,!their!understanding!of!ways!
