Booking:
_____*Deposit is non-refundable (after initial 72 hr period)
_____*If this contract is NOT signed and deposit received on or before your trial run appointment, your wedding date/time will
immediately be opened up for other bookings and will no longer be secured on my books. Once a signed contract and deposit is
received, and if no other weddings have been booked, your wedding will once again be secured.

Service Changes/Cancellations:
_____*If the bride or a party member wishes to change, add, or cancel a service after the initial 72 hr cancellation allowance
period, these will be allowed if the service(s) be replaced with another service(s), and/or the change(s) is approved by Megan
Fisher of Megan Elyse Beauty. If not approved, Megan Fisher reserves the right to hold the client responsible for the original
number of services agreed upon, or cancel entire contract free of any penalty or legal action by client.
_____*Once the date and services are secured per the signing of this contract, total cancellation of any or all services less than 45
days prior to the event, for any reason, will still require 50% payment of the cancelled individual service or 50% payment of the
full balance of all cancelled services to Megan Fisher of Megan Elyse Beauty.
_____****** If any or all services are canceled within 14 days or less of the event for any reason,
100% of the balance will still be due to Megan Fisher of Megan Elyse Beauty *****

_____*ALL contracted work must go through Megan Fisher of Megan Elyse Beauty. If a client solicits services by any stylists
outside Megan Fisher of Megan Elyse Beauty, I reserve the right to cancel the contract yet still receive the full monetary contract
amount.
_____*If bad weather prevents either party from being able to keep their commitment, neither party will be held to any penalty of
fees, repercussions or legal action.

Scheduling:
_____*If the beauty professional is unable to finish your wedding party due to the client being late and/or not ready for services
at the start time listed above, payment for such services is still due in full, whether or not such services were rendered.
_____*Megan Fisher (or assistant) of Megan Elyse Beauty reserves the right to refuse a request by a member of the wedding
party for a specific hairstyle or makeup application if it is felt that it would jeopardize finishing the entire bridal party on time.
_____*If the client calls to add services less than 72 hrs in advance, or requests additional services on the day-of, it will be
considered a verbal contract with the same terms and conditions as your written contract with the exception of a cancellation
period of which there is none.
_____*Location and timing changes are permitted pending my availability. If I am unable to accommodate any change to a
contract, the original contract details will be enforced.

Payment:
_____*Deposit is due with signed contract to secure services for wedding date.
_____*All other payment is due on or before the day of the wedding.
_____*Cash, Check, Visa or MC are accepted. Gratuity is appreciated.

Additional Notes & Fees:

_____*Customer is responsible for all valet/parking charges
_____*The trial visit is the time in which any questions or concerns should be addressed. If a customer requests another preview
appointment, a charge may incur.
_____*If an assistant is required to complete all services on time, there will be a $30 fee added to the balance of the contract per
assistant.
_____**In case of any breach or default of this contract, the prevailing party in any court proceeding shall be paid its
reasonable attorneys fees.**
