Managed $273M of supplies and services for over 3,000 Soldiers of the
Idaho National Guard.
Managed $1.45M operating budget for transportation, warehouse and
central issue facility operations.
Directly led and managed 5 branch managers and administrative
personnel to include the Central Issue Facility, and Transportation, Materiel
Management, and Storage Branches.
Major Achievements
Managed the State of Idaho Command Network Team for the deployment
of the enterprise level accounting database (SAP) for the Armys General
Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for up to 160 users.
Developed reporting methods to identify over 400 instances of loss of
equipment representing over $450,000 resulting in the correct capture of
that loss.
Led logistics team through a successful national level Command Logistics
Review Team Expanded (CLRT-X) and First Army Inspector General (IG)
inspection.

stock and over 250 containers for Army Brigade Combat Team to the Iraqi
Theater of Operations.
Led 140 Soldier Team in Kuwait for air movement of 3,300 soldiers from
Iraq to Kuwait and subsequently to Seattle, WA and sea movement of over
1,110 pieces of equipment from Iraq to Fort Carson, CO.
Trained 20 company level Unit Movement Officers.
Wrote initial redeployment Logistics Annex for the 3,300 Soldier Brigade
Combat Team
Developed MS Excel based logistics status report (LOGSTAR) dashboard
rollup for all 10 classes of supply for a 3,300 member Brigade Combat
Team.
