Trong ci kiu chia khung nhn nh th ny th Gantt Chart l khung nhn cp cao v Task
Form l khung nhn th cp. Cc chi tit v nhim v ang c chn trong khung nhn Gantt
Chart s xut hin trong khung nhn Task Form. Bn cng c th chnh sa trc tip cc gi tr
trong khung nhn Form Task. Bn s lm vic vi khung nhn Task Form trong chng 5 v lm
vic vi khung nhn tng t l Resource Form trong chng 4.

khung nhn khc trong Project, bn ang xem xt cc kha cnh khc nhau ca tp hp cc chi tit
ging nhau v mt k hoch. Ngay c mt k hoch d n n gin cng c th cha ng qu

1.5. Bo co
Cc phin bn trc ca Project cung cp cc bn bo co dng bng biu c thit
k ch yu cho vic in n. Trong Project 2013, bn bo co c tng cng rt nhiu, cho
php bn truyn ti d liu ca k hoch ca bn trong cc nh dng mi hp dn hn. Cc bn
bo co by gi gm c cc yu t nh biu -chart, bng biu v cc hnh nh truyn t tnh
trng ca k hoch ca bn, v chng c ty bin cao. Bn c th in hoc xem cc bn bo co
trc tip trong ca s Project ging nh bt k mt khung nhn no . Bn cng c th sao chp
v dn cc bn bo co vo cc ng dng khc, chng hn nh Microsoft PowerPoint.

5.2. Kim sot thi gian lm vic khi thm hoc bt cc s phn cng ti
nguyn
Nh bn thy phn trc, bn nh r thi gian lm vic m mt nhim v cn vo
lc ban u bn phn cng mt ti nguyn hoc nhiu ti nguyn ti n. Khi cc nhim v c ch
tin l t ng, Project cung cp cho bn mt tnh nng kim sot cch thc n nn tnh
ton thi gian lm vic trong mt nhim v nh th no khi bn phn cng thm cc ti nguyn
ti nhim v hoc g b cc ti nguyn c phn cng khi nhim v. Tnh nng ny c

Vi vic hon thnh cc v d cc phn trc, bn lm vic vi c hai thnh phn l
bng v biu s dng cc trng d liu ca nhim v v ti nguyn trong cc bo co.
Ngoi vic ty bin cc bo co c xy dng sn trong Project nh bn lm trong
hai v d trn trong chng ny, bn c th to ra cc bo co ty chnh. Cc bo co ty chnh c
th l s pha trn bt k no ca cc thnh phn ca bo co (biu v bng), cc hp vn
