Course Description

This course is to provide students with a comprehensive overview of


law and to provide the student with an understanding to the various
elements of a valid contract. The student would be able to understand
the right and liabilities of parties in a contract. Apart from that, the
students would be able to differentiate between proposal and
acceptance. This course also provides overview on law relating to sale
of goods and describing the exception of Nemo Dat Qoud Non Habet
rule. Moreover, this course assists the students to distinguish between
contract of service and for services in the law of employmen5t and
equips the students with the knowledge in cases of redundancy and
unfair dismissal.
