The phase is ahead of schedule. A risk that has been identified is a critical bug that can cause the application to crash if a
custom picture that is being used is deleted, moved, or renamed. Methods to avoid this issue are being researched and
considered. In addition, the client has requested a change in user stories so that the user would be able to input text to
be spoken aloud outside of the applications main interface. We do not see this throwing our schedule off in the future
due to being ahead of schedule and these features being added to a future iteration. Features being added to futures
iterations are to replace currently unimplemented features that are no longer desired by the client.
