INJURY PREVENTION PROGRAM (45min/session)

Educating in proper stretches


Strengthening shoulder (RC) muscle, ankle, wrist, back
Core Stability Training
With stretch bands, toning tube etc
Plyometrics
Open Versus Closed-Kinetic-Chain Exercises

BACK CARE EXERCISE PROGRAMME- 45 min/session


(Weekly: 3 days)

Complete assessment by the physiotherapist


Dos and dont to avoid injuries.
Appropriate stretches and exercises
The core strengthening with the help of Gym ball, theraband etc.

REHAB FOR JOINT REPLACEMENT


We offer Out-Patient Physiotherapy for joint replacement like
Total Knee Replacement,
Total Hip Replacement,
Hip Hemi-arthroplasty
Post operative ACL injuries, shoulder dislocation etc.
Complete protocol provided along with advance exercises equipments.
