Greetings!
I, Peddie D. Zuniega, a law student of Southwestern University (SWU) is currently taking
up third year subjects in this school. However, I have a backlog second year subject, Credit
Transactions, which I failed from my previous school. Furthermore, this subject is a prerequisite to a third year subject entitled Legal Forms. In relation to this, I would like to ask
your good office to allow me to enroll these two subjects simultaneously. I am fully aware of
the consequences of my request, that if I fail the pre-requisite subject, even if I pass the
advance subject, the latter shall be given a failing mark.
