DEMAND LETTER
Madames:
This letter is in connection with your obligation to my client, _________________ which is
already due and demandable. It is worth recalling that you incurred a total outstanding obligation
of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (P160, 000.00) Philippine Currency, inclusive of
Interest.
You have been previously advised and notified by my client to settle your obligation. But sad
to say, the same turned futile in as much as you refused to pay the principal amount and its
corresponding monthly interest.
Just recently, my client made another demand urging you to settle the aforementioned
obligation but you still continuously failed to do so. Moreover, to avoid the rigors, expense and
shame of public trial, you are hereby demanded to settle your obligation. Otherwise, you will be
proceeded with accordingly.
This amount which you are to settle is broken down as follows:
Principal Obligation
Monthly Interest (5% x 12months)
Plus 10 % as Lawyers fee

You are given five (5) days from receipt of this letter to settle your obligation with my client at
my office located at #29-A Rizal Street, 2nd Floor of de Leon Building, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
This letter will serve as the last demand; and, failure on your part to make any settlement will leave
us with no other recourse but to lodge the necessary civil or criminal complaint.
