Present the updated handbook to the campus SDMC
for approval.

Shadow two assistant principals from two other


schools that are not the same level as the school you
are employed. Document areas regarding their job
duties, how the manage time their relationship to the
principal, their responsibilities with staff morale and
school climate. Discuss their perceptions of the
effectiveness of the school's organizational structure
and parent/community involvement.
