Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho with projected graduation date of May, 2017.

Licensed Practical Nurse 1989 to present

Ive worked continuously in both the clinical and acute care settings since obtaining LPN
licensure in1989 with no lapses in employment.

LPN, Camas Prairie Family Physicians, Grangeville, Idaho 2004-2006

While working as LPN for Syringa Hospital, I worked for Dr.s Michelle and James Gardner on
a part-time basis until they relocated to another part of the state.

LPN Syringa Hospital and Clinics, Grangeville, Idaho1994-present

The first ten years of my employment with Syringa Hospital I worked in the acute care setting
providing care in Labor and Delivery, Nursery, Emergency Department, Cardiac and Intensive
Care, Oncology, and Medical/Surgical care (pre and post-op), Orthopedic, and Hospice
services. Consecutively, I served as Syringa Hospitals Out Patient Nurse for several years
assisting visiting specialist with clinical duties during their monthly visits. These clinical
specialists included Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurologists, Cardiologists, Podiatrists,
Psychiatrists (adult and pediatric), Gynecologists, and Internists. The last 11 years I worked in
the hospital-based clinic as clinic LPN for Family Practice physicians, Nurse Practitioners,
Physicians Assistants, Obstetricians/Gynecologists, and as Clinic LPN for Syringa Hospitals
contract VA clinic. I have also served as Childbirth Educator and Lactation Assistant for
Syringa Hospital and the local community for 17 years. I continue to teach give classes and
assist new mothers while attending full-time classes to obtain a BSN working toward RN
licensure, working only on a prn basis for Syringa at this time.

LPN, Sandpoint Pediatrics and Sandpoint OB/Gyn Sandpoint, Idaho 1992-1993

After a brief intersession from work after the birth of twin daughters in winter 1991, I returned
to work part-time to the clinical environment to work for both Dr. Joyce Gilbert, Pediatrician

and Dr.s Bruce Honsinger and Margaret Bowden, Obstetricians/Gynecologists until moving to
Grangeville in Oct. 1993.

LPN, Kootenai Medical Center, Coeur d Alene, Idaho 1989-1991

I worked as the sta LPN in both Pediatrics and Obstetrics on a full-time basis until the birth
of my twins winter of 1991 in Sandpoint, Idaho. Unable to commute to CDA, I worked for
local clinics in Sandpoint until moving to Grangeville in the fall of 1993.

Education

Utah Valley State University Licensed Practical Nurse Certification, 1988, sitting for Idaho
State LPN boards in 1989. Currently pursing BSN at Lewis Clark State College in Lewiston,
Idaho. Graduation May, 2017.

Skills

Advanced assessment skills; Deliver high quality, compassionate care with an extensive
knowledge base of disease process and medical intervention. IV certified with experienced
phlebotomy skills; NG placement and care, and enteral feedings; Suctioning, nebulizer
treatments and oxygen therapy; Catheter placement, pre and post-surgical care, and surgical
procedure; Administer DEXA scans, EKGs, Obstetric non-stress tests, and Treadmill tests;
Experience with cardiac monitoring, fetal monitoring, VS monitoring; manage drains, dressing
changes, and sterile technique. Administer immunizations, injections, coagulation clinics;
Childbirth Educator, and Lactation Specialist with extensive knowledge of pre-, intra-, and
postpartum care along with prenatal care; Provide sensitive, experienced psychiatric and
