VICTORINOX BREAK THE CODE CHALLENGE 2010

This is the registration form for entry into the Victorinox Break the Code Challenge 2010 (“the Challenge”).
The Challenge is promoted by Victorinox Retail UK Limited (“Victorinox”).

By registering for the Challenge, you confirm that you have read and understand the Challenge’s
Official Rules – a copy of which is available at http://playthefuture.co.uk or at the Vitorinox Retail store
at 95/96 New Bond Street, London, W1S 1DB - and agree to be bound by them and the decisions of the
judges, which shall be final and binding, and specifically that:

• only the first twenty four complete and eligible entries received in accordance with the terms of the
Official Rules between March 11th 2010 and 12pm on March 24th 2010 will be allowed to
participate in the Challenge and that submitting a registration form does not guarantee you
participation in the Challenge;

• you agree to Victorinox using/publishing your name, city and county, biographical information, and
photograph/recordings of you etc and to assign to Victorinox all intellectual property rights in your
Contest submission and/or any statements made by you regarding the Contest or Victorinox etc as set
out in the Official Rules; and

• you are aged 16 or older and are resident in the United Kingdom.
