Create a sense of community in the classroom

Have effective classroom management
Have an understanding on how to plan units in a timely manner
Generate genuine interest in the Spanish language
Have effective time management

Five-Year Goals:

Go back to school to get my Masters

Be working at or have an interview with my old high school
Be coaching or helping coach softball and/or girls golf
Continue to have effective classroom management
Continue to have a sense of community in the classroom
