A: Remind parents to sign in, daily health check and supervise children
C: Assist children put their belongings on their cubby; supervise hand washing and free play
(Table toys are to be used)
8:15 am- Bathroom/ Hand washing
A: Line up children, take children to bathroom and supervise children
C: Sanitize tables, set tables
8:30 am - Breakfast
A: Assist children serve breakfast and supervise children
C: Assist children during breakfast
9:00 am Clean up/ Hand washing/ Brush Teeth
A: Line up children, take children wash hands and brush teeth
(Prepare tooth brushes for children)
C: Sanitize tables, sweep floor and put breakfast away
9:15 am Circle Time
A: Start morning meeting
C: Supervise and assist children who are not participating
9:30 am Free Choice/ Small Group
A: Individualization activities (See lesson plan next to parent board)
C: Supervise children in free choice areas
10:30 am Clean Up
A: Finalize individualization activities
C: Supervise and assist children during clean up

10:40 am Story Time

A: Start story time, ask open ended questions
C: Supervise and assist children who are not participating
11:00 am Outdoor Experience
C: Bring first aid kit, supervise outdoor playground before play, bring toys out and supervise
children during play time
A: Start gross motor activities with a small group
11:30 am Bathroom / Hand washing
A: Walk children to bathroom, supervise and assist children
C: Sanitize tables and set tables
11:45 am Lunch
A: Place food containers on table, guide children through serving food and file food program
(Food Program Binder on top of teachers desk)

C: Supervise and assist children who need help on serving food
12:15 pm- Bathroom/ Hand washing/ Brush Teeth
A: Line up children, take children wash hands and brush teeth
(Prepare tooth brushes for children)
C: Sanitize tables, sweep floor
12:30 pm- Rest Time/ Nap
A: Read story or sing songs
C: Lay out beds for nap time
12:45 pm Nap
A: Send children to their assign beds supervise children and help children go to sleep
C: Supervise and assist children with their blankets, help children go to sleep

12:50 pm through 2:40 pm Nap Time

A: Work on daily reports, lesson planning and observations
C: Supervise children and help prepare material for week activities
2:45 pm Bathroom / Hand washing
A: Line up children, take children to bathroom and supervise children
C: Put beds away and sanitize tables
3:00 pm- Snack
A: Set snack on tables and assist children in serving
C: Supervise and assist children in serving
3:30 pm Story Time
A: Afternoon meeting and story time
C: Sanitize tables, sweep floor and put snack away
3:45 Story Reflection
A: Ask open ended questions and lead book activity
C: Supervise and assist children who are not participating and help with book activity
4:00 pm Outdoor Experience

A: Set manipulative activities on tables, engage children in activities and supervise

A: Family sign outs, assist families (comments and reminders), authorization pickups

C: Supervise and assist children with their coats/ sweaters
6:00 pm- Departure
A: Supervise classroom, clean classroom if needed, check sign out sheets
