Self-Evaluation (Type Here): I feel like I can fully do all of the above mentioned things. I physically have no
restrictions in any of these areas. The only thing I am able to see as possibly being an issue would be move within
confined spaces. It would depend on how confined these spaces are. I feel like if it was in a childcare safe setting
I would be able to fit in any place. If it were to be in a really tight space like in a tunnel it might pose a small
challenge due to my size. If I lost a few pounds it would be less of an issue, but I still do not feel it is an issue.

Self-Evaluation: I feel fully able in this area. In my job I am in charge of dealing with all the above mentioned
things on a daily basis. I have yet to have issues with any of it.
