I am, with great interest, applying for your position of Principal at ABC High School. I have a Masters
Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelors Degree in
Education from the University of the Southwest.
I have experience in curriculum development, school-community relations, instructional rounds/peer
observation, teacher evaluation, technology and social media, and multicultural education. My vision
for ABC High School is to work collaboratively with students, educators, parents and stakeholders

of ABCISD to prepare our students to take on the role as leaders of tomorrow I will challenge
teachers to develop learners to become problem solvers and develop a highly qualified staff
that will incorporate diversity and the latest technology. I believe that every student can learn
and become productive members of society, and will set expectations accordingly.
I am seeking the opportunity to guide a staff in efforts to prepare students to be successful
members of society in the 21st Century. Your students will graduate into a global world that
requires them to be advanced technologically as well as to have an understanding and empathy
for the world around them. It is because of this that I will set high expectations for my staff,
promote the use technology in the classroom by both teachers and students, and provide
professional development opportunities that will support those expectations.
As a principal, I will create a collaborative school atmosphere where teachers feel comfortable working
with and learning from each other. I will be approachable and present for students, teachers, parents
and stakeholders alike.
