Extracurricular Activities
Organized/Recreational Sports
Since birth I have been heavily active in athletics. Most of my childhood was spent on
a field or out in nature, something I am very fortunate to have had. In fact, I have
played soccer since I was four! I credit even more of my core values from the
experiences and individuals that made them possible. I believe my extensive past in
the world of athletics to be very beneficial to my own development.

Skills
My life experiences have instilled values that I believe to be fundamental to pass on to
the next generation(s) of students/children. My time spent working for past employers
has encouraged plenty of communication development, with children especially, and
my time spent as a head lifeguard has provided me with the opportunity to manage
others. Time spent volunteering/interning at the Shack Neighborhood house has also
helped to foster my childcare abilities. My three years of being a captain of my high
school soccer team gave me a brief stint in the organization of others. These real world
experiences have helped shape the skills I have today.
