-Challenges may arise for a distance
learning facilitator as emphasis is placed on
communication whereas it can be
performed with much ease and flexibility in
a non-traditional classroom environment.
Building Creativity in the Classroom- Adult
learners thrive in distance learning when
their environment is designed to be creative
and motivating to attain their objective(s).
