Selected E-Learning Platform
The selected e-learning platform is Mindflash.com for the introductory training on
professional learning through social environments because it is flexible, accessible, customized
for the e- learner participant, and user friendly. The selected e-learning platform is customized to
demonstrate to other trainers on how to use digital training to teach employees how to improve
their job performance skills. This type of tutorial promotes learner interaction, the ability to keep
track of individual performance, provides accessible Web-Based presentation, accessible Study
Guide Handbook and e-learning group exercise activities will be assigned.
Supporting Mindflash
Mindflash was chosen as an e-learning platform because of the advantages it provides for
improving job performance in a professional setting. Mindflash will provide learner-to-learner
interactivity, learner-to-instructor interactivity and learner-to-program interactivity in order to
enhance interaction within the tutorial. Mindflash will enable learning training activities,
assessments and evaluations for better comprehension of the instructional material. This elearning platform allows the instructor or trainer to monitor the individual progression of each
participant. Mindflash system does not require much technical skills in order to successfully
utilize the tutorial and it does not have system limitations.
Instructional Content
The audience will be targeted based on job performance skill need on an intermediate
level. The audience will demonstrate need for improvement on how to properly use job
performance skills in a professional setting. The audience will feel comfortable navigating in an
online learning environment. The training tutorial is customized for those learners who have a
busy schedule and can benefit from an accessible learning system. Upon completion of tutorial,
trainers will be able to properly incorporate job performance skills on an intermediate level. The

training tutorial is offered only through an e-learning setting. The delivery content will be
presented through Web-Based presentation. Instructional materials consist of accessible Study
Guide handbook and group exercise activities will be assigned.
Adaptations for E-Learning Environment
The course component is within an e-learning environment. The instructional agenda
consists of a formative and summative assessment. The formative assessment includes a training
tutorial quiz and an end-of-tutorial survey in which will be given to assess overall training
tutorial feedback. The summative assessment includes e-learning group exercise activities in
which will be assigned to measure comprehension of the tutorial material. Instructional activities
consist of learning team groups which will be assigned to complete a PowerPoint presentation
describing the key elements on how to improve job performance skills. The group of trainers will
be required to demonstrate an example of improved job performance in a professional setting.
The performance-based objectives consist of participants being able to demonstrate their
knowledge of the key elements on how to utilize their job performance skills. Learners will be
able to apply these skills in a work environment.
