focuses on workplace learning are:
Social Learning
Game-Based Learning
Group Online Course Learning
Individualized E-Learning

Some goals and objectives that will prepare the organization to
proactively address these trends are:
Successfully implementing the student-based approach during a training or
learning session in order to focus on the learners needs and long-term
objectives.
Effectively implementing a student-based approach in order to provide
educational methods to help prevent conflicts from arising and provide
different learning methods that the learner can choose as the best choice
for them.

Strategies that will Prepare the Organization to


Proactively Address these Trends
Addressing current developments in workplace learning (formal
and informal settings)
Addressing challenges (regarding motivation) training facilitators
might face such as refraining from integrating personal opinions;
and avoiding judgmental approaches or tactics.
Implementing effective tools that will help the adult learners
make the best decision and provide them alternative options that
they can utilize.

Strategies that will Prepare the Organization


to Proactively Address these Trends cont.
Informal adult education and training provide innovative tools that
can help adult learners to explore a different perspective in order
to learn from each others feedback.
These strategies will help them collaborate together to resolve
conflicts and miscommunication that may result in discrepancies.
These strategies will also help them to address issues and search
for creative resolutions to an interactive problem.
