The journal:
I liked this class; it had a lot of displays for the students so they can relate
whats in the book to the things that the teacher displays to them. It was
mostly group work that I didnt find very well because I think that children
need to depend on themselves when it comes to practicing. It is good to
have groups for some activities because working in groups can help children
to socialize more and be more cooperative. Though that does not mean to let
them be grouped most of the times because they need to learn how to do
tasks independently and practice alone to discover whether they understand
the lesson or not.

She give them the opportunity to get any information that theyve
known about the lesson, so they can relate the lesson with their
experiences that theyve had before which could help a lot to make
them understand the lesson.
She make them apply what they learn, which is the most effective way
to make learners understand because they get involved so it sticks to
their mind more than just watching or listening.

Ask about how language is part of this learning.


- Science in particular is different than other subjects because it has its
own definitions and a certain way to answer questions, so the
language is a big part of learning in this subject they have to be good
in Arabic so they can get the information or the scientific word.
