I saw well-planned lessons with effective teaching strategies. I saw good classroom management skills as well as good rapport with his students. ‘Tanner has shown tremendous growth and has built a solid foundation for a successful teaching career. I found his strengths to be in both planning and instructional strategies. Tanner will be a tremendous asset to any secondary school’s science program. Tanner had no trouble mastering the KSA's as set down in the PS III Handbook.
