Should women be allowed in combat?

Combat roles should not be dictated by no one's gender, because if the men can do it the
women can also do it. Women should not be stop for not be an infantry Artillery and others
battlefield jobs to all qualified service members. More than 130 American women in military
service have died in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. More than 800 women have been wounded.
Women make up almost 15 percent of the 1.4 million Americans on active military status and
many are regularly engaged in combat activities as part of their service. Over 280,000 women
have been deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan and there are Thousands of them that have been
injured and more than 150 killed. Women are claiming that gender based discrimination was
unconstitutional and unfairly harmed their careers in the military, they join the military to serve
their country and also to make a career out of it. Do to the past wars women was used as a cook
or a nurse. During wartime the government encourage women to volunteer for wartime service in
factories, because world wars were was a total wars which required governments to utilize their
entire populations for the purpose of defeating their enemies, millions of women were
encouraged to work in industry and take over jobs previously done by men. Many of these
women had already been working. Only three million new female workers entered the workforce
during the time of the war, women also serve in the military as a spies to look over the soldier.
And some of these women join the military because there husband was in the military and they
want to be with them. During the Spanish and American war more than 1,500 civilian women
serve as nurse assigned to the Army hospital these women serve in that fight for their country
many of these women was wounded.
During the Mexican war (Elizabeth Newcomb) enlists in the Missouri
Volunteer Infantry.

Even though some people say that women doing combat jobs is a bad things it does not
mean that they can't cause they are putting their life on the line for their country and they
are citizens who are doing something they love to do. And we should not live by history by
not letting women not doing combat jobs.
Do you know during last two years of World War, women are allowed to join the
Military. 33,000 women serve as nurses and support staff officially in the
Military and more than 400 nurses die in the line of duty.
And During World War II, more than 400,000 women served at home and
Abroad as mechanics, ambulance drives, pilots, administrators, nursery, the women marines have
proven that Active Duties is not only for men that are serving in the marines because captain
Katie Petronius Us marine served in combat in Afghanistan and Iraq. Those women are willing
to accept the attrition medical Issues that go along with integration, they will also receive the
same medical benefit as the men.
Do you know that many of the officer man that are in the military say that women are not strong
enough to be in combat and that they cannot run faster in enough in a combat zone, the reason
the man say that the women are not fast enough in a combat zone is because if the enemies throw
a grenade on the truck the women are not strong enough to break open that truck to get out of it.
And all of the women that want to do a combat job should have a good maximum of a physical
training scored in other to have a combat job.
Do you know that century ago, it was a rare to women in the military, and yet now women fight
in combat, command air strikes pilot fighter jets, and oversee medical operation, these women
have saved lives i n the operating room while under enemy attack. if you put a women on a
special force team they will be a lots of competition, because the men are going to start

backstabbing with her and the next thing will be to gain favorite with her. And because there is
life and death around you all focus on the mission that is around you. But if you put a gay guy on
a mission with another men to get a mission done he is just going to think about it and say yes to
the mission and at that point they won't be a lots of competition going on to get that mission done
on time. Do you know that during 1991 and 1992 more than 41,000 women were deployed to the
combat zone to fight in the Gulf war, in 1991 congress authorize women to fly in combat
missions and in 1993 congress authorize women to serve on a combat ships. Do you know that in
2004 colonel Linda Managua become the first woman commander of a fighter squadron in the
u.s. Air Force history. and in 2005 during the war on terror sergeant Ann Hester become the first
woman awarded the silver star for combat action, Do you know that during the Korean War, over
50,000 women serve at home and abroad. 500 Army nurses serve in combat zones and many
Navy nurses serve on hospital ships, The first females are admitted to the service academies,
U.S. Military Academy at West Point, U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, and the Air Force
Academy to be trained in military science.do you know that in 1985, Norway become the first
Country to allow women to serve on it Submarines, the first commander of a Norwegian
submarine was Solveig Kerry in 1995. did you know that the United States is not the only
country that have women in combat zones, cause more than Dozen countries have open a close
combat Roles to women that are in the military.
Do you know that if someone come from another country can join the u.s. military but have to be
a u.s. resident for five years and that is living in the u.s. and this include women and men,
women that want to do a combat job is American citizen who will put their life down for the
country that they love and they want to serve plus they have the just like the mens have. And
know these are giving men combat ideas about when it comes to getting the mission done, the

women also stay closer to the men as they are on the combat field they stay to fight together and
to die together. the united states marine corps was the to train women for an infantry jobs and
these women were not pick by the marine corps they volunteers to do the job because they are
doing it for their country, the women will also receive the same promotion as the men who are
doing a combat operation jobs and others jobs. Yes every female will be breaking down at some
different types of rate and at the same time the male are also breaking down at some different
types of way, More than 150 female service members have been killed in action. Over 11 percent
of combat veterans in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom have been
women. Two female service members have received the Bronze Star, the nation's third highest
award for valor in combat. As we all know, there is no longer a designated frontline that protects
a soldier from being in combat. When a serviceman or woman is checking vehicles in
Afghanistan, and the vehicle explodes due to a car bomb, that soldier is killed in combat. When
female soldiers are the first ones to knock on doors in a neighborhood in Afghanistan due to
cultural restrictions, they are essentially at the forefront of the mission, we no longer have a
choice but to recognize that female soldiers are in the battlefield and leading missions in
nontraditional combat zones.

No women should not be in combat, because they should be home cooking and taking care of
their children's wild the men go to war, the women can also have their period and women who
are on their period on a combat zone it will be very hard for them to run enough because they are
going to lose blood and there body will be very tired, many of the women get missing in combat
zone and still unable to be found there family members are still wondering about when will they
see them and what happen to them wild they were on the combat zone but general of the military

just will just say they are going to do whatever it take to found them women to bring them back
home. when the women and men are in combat together they will be a lot of outcome because if
you have male and female together with will go in there mind will be sex and thats how human
body are made. when the Navy allowed women to be on the Ship they started having sex and the
womens were getting pregnant and the these women can't do carry 50-80 Lbs. of gears wild they
are on the combat field and they cant run or to do a pushup and sit-up. And they don't have the
same physical abilities as men does. And women get very emotional when they are pregnant. On
the combat zones these women are putting into a situations that are not suited to them it places
them in unprecedented term in harm's ways, this will mean untold bodily damage continual
physical suffering and a hugely increase risk of death. This will also increase the retired medical
bill go high so soldiers who are not serving in combat. When these women are on the Special
Forces team they will do more gunner jobs.

It is a new year so everyone in the military should pick the jobs that they want to do, so if women
want to have a combat job they should have the right to have that job because there are citizens
who are putting their lives on the line to fight and to protect their country.
