Base Metals Capella Resources, Canada is a publically traded, exploration and mineral development company from Canada. It has a strong portfolio of projects based on precious metals like gold and base metals like copper, nickel, lead and zinc. The operations of the company are spread across Chile, USA and Atlantic Canada. The company has a 100% ownership in Gold- Copper Projects like Lajitas and Nevada gold copper properties, which are located in the Maricunga Gold Belt, approximately 700 kilometers Northwest of Santiago, Chile. The exploration work completed at the Lajitas Gold Project includes historical compilation, reverse circulation drilling, remote sensing analysis and 3D modeling. While, the Nevada Gold Project includes exploration work like induced polarization and a ground magnetic survey, historical compilation and a detailed multi- spectral remote sensing study. The company also has 100% interest in the Labrador Nickel-Copper project which is located in Labrador, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and focuses on mineral claims. These mineral claims were secured by share exchange with Tripple Uranium Resources Inc., which is a wholly- owned subsidiary of Capella Resources, Canada. In order to carry this project forward, Capella Resources, Canada actively pursued simultaneous exploration in the provinces with three airborne geophysical surveys, three exploration drills and over 30 in-field committed geosciences professionals in 2007. Capella Resources, Canada also holds 100% interest in Tinton Gold Project, which is located 15 kilometers northwest of the famous and historic Homestake Mine in the Black Hills at Lead, South Dakota. It consists of 1,270 hectares contained in 157 unpatented mining claims. The company also holds interest in other projects like the Harvey Project, located in New Brunswick, and Titus Wentworth Projects located in Nova Scotia.
