Saguy, Abigail Cope, and Inc. NetLibrary. What is Sexual Harassment?: From Capitol
Hill to the Sorbonne. Berkeley: University of California Press, 2003. Web.
Abigail Saguy at the time she was writing this book was a college like me.
She made a book on the topic sexual harassment; she explained the meaning
of sexual harassment. She states that sexual harassment is hostile
environment, in which a boss or colleague creates an abusive or hostile
environment by making unwanted sexual comments, demands for sex,
sexual jokes, or sexist insults that are sufficiently severe or pervasive as to
alter the conditions of a victims employment and to create an abusive
working environment. This source is relevant to my topic because it gives
a set definition to what sexual harassment means. This is very important to
me because it gives me an opportunity to be able to look into to depth of this
topic.

for employment decisions affecting such individual, or, Such conduct has the
purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work
performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working
environment. This source is relevant to my topic because I was able to find
a more in depth definition of sexual harassment. This is important to me
because I was able to see a set of conditions towards sexual harassment.
