incentives to the States for its inclusion in public school instruction

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE
This act may be cited as the Life Before Choice Act of 2015.
SECTION 2. FINDINGS
Congress hereby finds and declares that,
1) 50% of women now seeking abortion have had at least one previous abortion.
2) This DNA includes a complete "design," guiding not only early development but even hereditary attributes that
will appear in childhood and adulthood, from hair and eye color to personality traits.
3) 94% of women regret their decision to abort.
4) Disability rights activists have begun to articulate a critical view of the practice of widespread prenatal diagnosis
with intent to abort because the pregnancy might result in a child with a disability.
5) An abortion can result in medical complications later in life; the risk of ectopic pregnancies
doubles, and the chance of a miscarriage and pelvic inflammatory disease also
increases.
6) Some women have successfully sued doctors for the wrongful life of babies who were born handicapped,
claiming that their doctors should have detected the anomaly so they could abort.
7) : An abortion can result in medical complications later in life; the risk of ectopic pregnancies
doubles, and the chance of a miscarriage and pelvic inflammatory disease also increases
8) 21.6 million women suffer from an unsafe abortion in United States.
9) The father of the child, even if he is married to the mother, has no legal right to prevent the abortion.
10) Some women should not be given the medicines used for a medical abortion, such as women who are too far
along in their pregnancy or are allergic to certain medications.
11) You should discuss with your doctor whether you have any medical condition that would make a medical
abortion unsafe for you.
12) Women with a history of one abortion face a 2.3 times higher risk of having cervical cancer, compared to women
with no history of abortion.
13) These increased cancer rates for post-abortion women may be linked to the unnatural disruption of the hormonal
changes which accompany pregnancy and untreated cervical damage or to increased stress and the negative impact of
stress on the immune system.
SECTION 3. STATUTORY LANGUAGE
A) This bill shall incorporate educational programs in public/private schools in all United States of America. This
programs shall teach the negative damage that abortion cause in women that does not know about the
physiological/physical damage they shall cause to themselves. The programs shall be teach by a medical
gynecologist; which knows about the many different physiological/physical damage that abortion shall cause in
women.
B) This law shall be enforced by the Federal and state Departments of Education. Public/private schools shall
incorporate those programs as part of the scholar curriculum. The new funding for the programs shall come from the
taxes that go to Medicare and the implementation of the curriculum in all schools.
C) All schools shall follow the protocol; schools that does not follow this protocol will have fewer Federal funding in
their estimate every year. Schools shall start to incorporate this law by the beginning of the next school year.
Department of Education have until june 1, 2016 to create the new curriculum. This act shall be enacted in all states
on January 1, 2016.
