SUBJECT: PROPOSAL FOR LANDSCAPING OF BANGALOW ON 2000 SQ.YD

Dear sir/madam,
We are pleased to submit our proposal for consultancy and site supervision for landscaping of
the above mentioned bungalow.
PROPOSED DETAILS OF SERVICES
1. M/s Shalamar Nurseries to prepare a landscape Concept Design seeking client approval
and overseeing its implementation. The concept plan would include:

All necessary plans and drawings, including freehand sketches to develop

lawns, flower beds, water features, site topography, rockeries, patios pathways,
and gazebos etc

Provide or suggest sources for plants, trees, shrubs, rocks, pebbles, soil etc.

Details of irrigation and lighting points in the garden will also be provided.

The detailed structural and construction plans, if and where required would be
arranged through architects/ engineers employed separately by the client.

2. After the approval of final concept design, M/s Shalamar Nurseries would oversee,
supervise and provide full consultancy on its implementation. On the spot advise and
support would be available at every stage.
3. Costs of all materials and labours to be borne by the client.
4. The total period of physical implementation would be 4 months after the detailed design
approval.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

For services rendered, the client would pay an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- as per following
schedule:

50% to be paid in advance.

Remaining Balance to be paid in 3 equal installments.

SITE SUPERVISION

During the above mentioned implementation period, we would undertake to visit the site
2 to 3 times per week. For any additional visit a sum of Rs.1000/- would be paid per visit.

Provision for all equipements, Material, Electicity, Water and other requisities during the
implementation would be the clients responsibility.
