Islam

- Islam is the religious that


Muslims follow, the word Islam
means to accept to God and it’s
known as din (religious), Islam is
as one part of Islam, Iman (faith) ,
Ihsan (excellence).
- The Qur’an says that all the
Muslimas must believe in God, his
revelations, his angels, his
messengers and in the day of
judgment which is unknown to man.
- The Muslim has a principle that there’s only one god. Others
thought that Jesus was the son of the God but in Islamic
theology Jesus was just a man and God is described in a
chapter of the Qur’an as “….God, the one and only God the
eternal, absolute” and the Muslims say ‘Nothing, will happen
to us except what Allah has decreed for us; he’s our protector’.

- Muslims consider the Qur’an to be the literal word of God


and they believe that versus (ayat) were revealed to Muhamed
by God angel Gebril on many occasions between 610 and his
death in 632. the Qur’an is divided into 114 suras or chapter
contain 6236 Ayat or versus and the Qur’an of today hasn’t
changed since it was standardized , the science of Qur’an is
Tafsir.
- Angels (Malak) are messengers which don’t eat or drink and
don’t sleep, they’re also taking a person’s stoul to the death.
- Muhamed is prophet of Islam , the last in a series of prophet
(Rassoul) at the age of 40, Muhamed received a revelation
from God (Qur’an) after 13 years, Muhamed and his followers
emigrated to Medina in 622. There with The Ansar and
migrants, they instituted the Islamic state, the sunneh is the
life of him which recount his words, his actions and his own
characteristics.

*The five Pillary:


1- The shahadah which is the basic creed of Islam “there is
none worthy of worship except and I testify that Muhamed is
the messenger of God” and Muslim must repeat it in the
prayer, too.
2- Prayer (Salah): which must be performed five times a day.
Each Salah is done facing towards the Kaaba in Mecca and it’s
as a personal communication with God , in many Islamic
countries there’s a call of the prayer that is known as Adhan.
3- Zakat or alms-giving it’s an obligation for all the wealthy
Muslims to help the poor needy.
4- Sawm or fasting during the month of Ramadan the Muslims
mustn’t eat or drink (among others things) from the dawn to
the dusk.
5- The Hajj which is the pilgrimage during the Islamic month
of dhu-el-hijja in Mecca just once in his life .
