Interpretation Notes:
ECG 3 Fifty-six year old gentleman who underwent a cardiac transplant procedure six weeks prior to this electrocardiogram secondary to an idiopathic non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy
and recurrent ventricular tachycardia. His medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included digoxin, furosemide, lisinopril, potassium and aspirin.

ECG 12 Seventy-six year old gentleman status post two prior coronary artery bypass operations who returns for evaluation of stable angina pectoris and hypertension.
This electrocardiogram was obtained as a routine follow-up study.

ECG 145 Sixty-six year old woman with coronary artery disease who is recently status post coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Her co-morbidities include non-insulin requiring diabetes
mellitus, hypertension, hypothyroidism and moderate restrictive lung disease. Her medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included aspirin, hydralazine, omeprazole, thyroxine,
metoprolol and prednisone.
