Ashley did an EXCEPTIONAL job. She used the in-class procedures


to get students attention "high 5". She knew her students names. She
gave good directions for moving around in the room and gave gentle
reminders about doing it quietly. One area where she can improve is to
give students reminders about expectations before starting an activity.
This is very important for kindergarten level.
