Re: I~

Dear Brothers
We met with IBCH land explained what he needed to do f .. reinst te 1ent. He is very repentant about
what he did in the past and is willing to take whatever step ar: '"' essary to restore his relationship
with Jehovah.
There are some things he feels he has been ac used 1.; c that were not true and therefore, would be a lie
to admit to them. Jehovah is the one who know~ II ana is the one he wants to restore his relation
with. It would be simple for him to confPss o ev
hing. Although that might satisfy us, it would not
be right with Jehovah. Hence we app ciate h reluctance to confess to things he feels were not true.
o explain his feelings and to offer proof of his claims. We

however it is available ;,ho d n d it. We are also enclosing a comment from his wife who is an active,
faithful sister in the ron egation.
We appreciate t t we d1 e only hearing one side of the case. Obviously there are other matters and
questions nat t e L mmittee who dealt with this case would know of or would like to ask about.
However is our :ielief that the man displays the degree of repentance commensurate with the
deg i:;:e of a .;~ on of his sins. He is cooperative with any direction provided and is regular with his
me _ting al endance. We have observed the man and feel that he could be reinstated.
Yours Brothers
