REDACTED
February 2d 2013
Dear Brothers,
We believe from the evidence available to us and of course we are only able to access one
side of the picture, that he should be considered for reinstatement.
He believes that he is not able to "repent" of the lying charge against him, for ollowi g
reasons;
He denies any the wrongdoing with his other daughters.
Believes that any previous 'admissions' were given under dm
misunderstood.
Did not make a plea-bargain when suggested by his solicitor.
It would seem from our evidence that some of the charges ag nst him are questionable, as
they originate with his former wife who apparently has fa s fied i ence before at the time
of her adultery.
is active in the congr 6atio . She states that in all their 20 years of marriage
he has never had inclinations fi r wr g ing as charged. His wife recently commented that
he wishes to keep applying for reinst tement to demonstrate his desire to be a part of the
congregation once again Ha ng s ken with him on numerous occasions and considering all
the evidence availabl o l s, having observed his diligence in conducting himself
appropriately within he c ngregation over the last four years we feel that he definitely
demonstrates wo.. be Jtting repentance. On this basis we unanimously recommend his
reinstatement Of urse we leave this in your hands and continue to pray for Jehovah' s
guidance i this a r.
